Give feedback on proposed changes to the Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010. The amendment changes how documents can be delivered in matters before the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
ACCC service of documents
The ACCC can issue compulsory notices to persons in Australia and overseas to obtain:
information
evidence
documents.
The changes would give the ACCC more flexibility in how it delivers documents. They give recipients more certainty about how notices can be properly served.
