The Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services has asked Treasury to consult on opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of professional indemnity insurance in responding to compensation claims.
Supporting professional indemnity insurance to better respond to compensation claims would contribute to supporting the ongoing sustainability of the Compensation Scheme of Last Resort (CSLR).
