Australian Accounting Standards Board
Auditing and Assurance Standards Board
Financial Reporting Council.
This body will be called External Reporting Australia.
The draft legislation sets up:
the single body's structure
governance, administrative and procedural arrangements
dedicated technical boards to make standards for accounting, auditing and assurance, and sustainability
other functions and powers of the body
transitional arrangements.
Your feedback will help refine the draft legislation before it is introduced into parliament.

The government announced plans to combine these bodies together. Treasury consulted on the model earlier this year.
