Give feedback on proposed rules for the Help to Buy Scheme.
The scheme will help eligible Australians buy a new or existing home with a contribution from the government. This means 40,000 Australian households can buy a home with a smaller deposit and mortgage.
Housing Australia will run the scheme for the Australian Government.
If someone disagrees with a decision Housing Australia made under the scheme, they can ask the Administrative Review Tribunal to look at it again.
These rules explain which decisions can be reviewed. Your feedback will help finalise the rules.
