The Treasury collects your personal information to seek your views on the Cyclone and Terrorism Insurance Act 2003.

  • invite you to future-related consultations.

If you don't provide this information, you cannot submit your response via Converlens.

We collect the following personal information:

  • full name

  • email address

  • location and

  • the organisation you represent.

We'll only use or share your information for the consultation, unless:

  • you agree otherwise

  • you'd expect it or

  • the law allows or requires it.

Information may be shared with Treasury staff, contractors, ministerial offices or relevant agencies.
