The draft Commonwealth Inscribed Stock Draft Regulations 2025 repeal and remake the Commonwealth Inscribed Stocks Regulations 2015.
The language and layout have been reformatted to meet modern drafting practices for regulatory instruments.
The delegation of powers under the Regulations have been amended to align with best practice.
The operation of the Regulations has not been amended.
