Landgate is a land information authority that provides land registration, valuation, and location services and information in Western Australia. The registration of personal property falls outside of Landgate's areas of expertise and as such the authority is not able to provide comment on this.

Landgate would not support changes to the PPSA that may impact on the Lands Register or the operation of the Torrens System of land titling in WA. The government's approach does not seems to impact these systems and as such Landgate supports the government's approach.
