Yes except they should be extended to include government parties as per our submission.
Do the proposed revised AusNCP complaint procedures strike the right balance between transparency and accessibility (i.e. are they detailed enough while also being easy to read)?
Yes, provided that awareness of the process is improved by providing more information about the AUSNCP to First Nations people. See the submission.
Are the revised AusNCP complaint procedures equitable and impartial? Do they provide procedural fairness to the parties?
As government operates in commerce and trade it should also be subject to these processes for responsible business conduct.
